That last one requires some explanation. We were driving back from Silverton to Grouse when we came across this RV park in Eureka and couldn't believe what we saw. We had to get a picture (albeit not a great one) just as proof. So here you have these bloody Texans and their whole RV and ATV setup. So what is that under the patio tent, you ask? Well, not like the RV is not sufficient (after all the Texans MUST have their creature comforts!), there is the screened-in patio tent. Underneath that tent is a full-sized famly dome tent WITH THE RAIN FLY ON. No, really. Like I said, we couldn't believe it and sought photographic evidence.

Thanks, Clair, for your comments; your suggestions are right-on. Also, I think the issue of handling all of this in the rain would be very challenging, especially as I do the log in/log out process. We could use a few more chairs; we can ask all volunteers to bring at least 2. The use of the status boards really helps out the crews, family, etc. Thanks to Bill from bringing the board.
